Basic Rules

1) Tournament Directors have final say in all disputes

2) Tournament's will start at allotted times. Anyone who is late will not be allowed to start after first game is completed. No refund will be given to late players.

3) Any fighting or vulgar language will not be allowed under any circumstances.

4) Tournament Directors have the right to DQ players for infractions. (No refunds will be given in this case)

5) Cash Awards will be presented after completion of each Tournament.

6) Any player withdrawing during Round Robin matches will forfeit any games won up to that point, and players in that group will all get a win in place of that player. All point differentials will be calibrated back to "0" for games with that player.

7) Prize money for cash tournies will be on a per player entrance fee.

8) This is not an ACC tournament.  Some of our players have never (or not often) played on a real cribbage board.  Please have patience and remember, this is for fun.

 


Tournament Schedules

Friday October 4, 2013 Partner Play

Check in from 4 to 5 PM. Tournament starts at 6 PM. Don't have a partner? We will assign partners to any players that wish to play and don't have one at check in time.

Partner play at tournamentPartners tournament 2 x 2. All teams will play at least four games* against opponents at the table they start at and adjoining tables. Scores for both teams will be written on the score sheet and given to the tournament hosts. Top teams based on number of wins (scores of first round matches for ties) will be sent to a Single Elimination Finals round to determine the top tournament winners. Prize money will be awarded at the end of the tournament. Our Staff are all volunteer and all money received and not used on tournament expenses is paid out in prize money.

Saturday October 5, 2013 Singles Play

Check in from 10 AM to 11:00 AM Tournament starts at 11:30 AM.

Singles Cribbage PlayAll players will play at least 7 games* against opponents at the table they start at. Scores for each player will be written on the tournament sheet and turned in after round one play. Top players based on number of wins (Scores for all ties) will be sent to a Single Elimination Finals round to determine tournament winners. Prize money will be paid out at end of the tournament.

 

* Number of games for Round Robin play will depend on how many people are playing in each tournament.
